Saturday, 12:30 PM

On goes the chronotherapy experiment.

For the last couple of hours I’ve regained a bit of energy. I guess it’s those early morning hours that are the biggest bitch, but then they would be, if you don’t sleep. Still definitely exhausted.

My brain still feels like it’s sliding out my ears. It’s all squishy and porous. Thoughts are leaking. I can’t seem to maintain a ribbon of logic.

I managed to eat an amazing and big breakfast around 8:30 AM. I felt better after actually getting a full meal into my stomach. I think I was starving but my stomach was just too sore to accept much. I experienced a notable worsening of mood before and during breakfast but it has seem to come up, probably since the food hit my system. Carbs good.

I’ve noticed a few periods of racing thoughts but intermittent and manageable.

Blood pressure is normal, pulse is high, but then, my pulse normally is. It’s a thing with me. Yes, I still really do want to sleep but I think I’ll be able to stay awake until the prescribed 8:00 PM. Of course things change rather quickly.
