Continuing on the chronotherapy experiment

Seriously dude, I am tired. Like, really. Two days with almost no sleep. I am not fun to be around either. Growly. Annoyed. Nauseated. Brain-dead. Mistake-ful. Comprehension-challenged. Hurting. Dizzy. Icky. Not with the happy.

It’s not the end of the world. I’m not homicidal or anything but I really, really want to sleep now.

Normally I find light treatments waking and energizing but I suspect I’m too tired for them to have any affect at this point.

I’m going to try to eat some breakfast/lunch even though my stomach is still mad at me for taking pills and not sleeping. I sort of want to kill the person that came up with this protocol. Yes, I’m aware I can stop any time I want but I’m pretty dedicated to following through. I want to try this exactly once with the exact protocol and then never, ever try it again barring some sort of fabulous results.

Thursday – stay awake all day and night

Friday – stay awake all day

Friday – 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM – light therapy

Friday – 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM – sleep

Saturday – 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM – light therapy

Saturday – 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM – sleep

Sunday – 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM – light therapy

Sunday – 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM – sleep

Readings:

Depression 7

Anxiety 3

Energy 2

Hypomania 0

Panic 0

And it’s only 12.5 hours until I get to (try to) go back to sleep. Yay.
