Natasha Tracy

As many of you know, I've started rolling out live, mental health webinars. Thanks to the coronavirus, we're all forced to review our business models and I don't think I need to tell you that there haven't been any in-person speaking engagements recently. But that's okay because it has given me the opportunity to reach out to you, directly, with webinars I think you can use. I've now rolled out five webinars and two of them are free depression and bipolar webinars!

Free Bipolar and Depression Webinars

I invite everyone to attend these newly-added, free, webinars. Well, they're really mini-webinars. (For the full experience, you'll have to attend a regular webinar.) These mini-webinars will be a maximum of 30 minutes, be held over Zoom and will have a short span of time available for a question-and-answer session.

My available, free mini-webinars are:

  1. June 16, 11 a.m. ET — Are People Born with Bipolar Disorder? — This mini-webinar will talk about the latest knowledge on whether someone can be born with bipolar disorder along with my own thoughts on it. Click here to register through Eventbrite.
  2. June 29, 1 p.m. ET — Depression and Feeling Dead Inside — I am offering a full webinar on bipolar depression (see below), but for a sip of what it’s like, try this mini-webinar. Feeling dead is something many with depression experience. Click here to register through Eventbrite.

I've gotten a great reaction to these free mini-webinars so far. Join us and take part.

Full Mental Health Webinars

I've added additional, full webinars to the calendar as well. Full webinars are live, 90 minutes, held over Zoom and will give access to the materials used in the webinar (such as the slides). All webinars will be posted with early-bird pricing of $30.00, which will increase to $37.50 closer to the date of the event.

Right now I'm focusing on a series I call "Get Real." As in, let's get real about mental illness. Let's not talk in platitudes. Let's talk about what mental illness really is like for those who live with it. This is what I'm known for in my writing -- join me to see what it looks like live!

The mental health webinars in the Get Real series so far include (click on the title for details):

  1. June 20, noon ET — Get Real 1: What You Need to Understand About a Bipolar Disorder Diagnosis — Everything you need to understand about what a bipolar diagnosis really means.
  2. June 25, 4 p.m. ET — Get Real 2: What Rapid Cycling in Bipolar Disorder Is Really Like — What rapid cycling bipolar disorder is and what to do about it.
  3. July 7, 11 a.m. ET — Get Real 3: What Depression in Bipolar Disorder Is Really Like and How to Handle It — Everything you need to know about depression in bipolar disorder from experience and the latest research.

(While I'm calling it a series, by the way, you do not have to take all of them or take them in order.)

Stay Up-to-Date on New Mental Health Webinars

I hope you find these topics interesting. If I get enough attendees, I will be offering more webinars over time. You can stay up-to-date with what's being offered under the "Webinar" menu at the top of the site. You can also join my mailing list as I will be emailing out the dates of all future webinars (Click here to see my latest newsletter. On the left, you can sign up for it.)

Questions About the Webinars?

If you have a specific idea for a talk you'd like to see, or you have any questions, just let me know.
