EMPowerplus/Truehope Update Day 11

Natasha Tracy

I am now on day 11 of my EMPowerplus experiment and, yes, I have talked to my doctor about it (more on that later). Here’s what I have to report about the EMPowerplus:

  • I started on half a dose – that’s two pills in the morning and two in the evening.
  • Pretty much as soon as I started taking the EMPowerplus I started feeling giddy. Not quite hypomanic but notably elevated and different, although not better.
  • On day five I experienced an official rapid cycle from hypomania one day to serious debilitating depression the next day.

Selling EMPowerplus and TrueHopeSince that happened, my mood has stabilized to pretty much what it was before. However, as you might have noticed, the holidays have happened, my routine broken and so during the holidays, nothing can really be fairly assessed. I’ve now moved up to three pills in the morning.

I’d like to note that in spite of dire warnings from the company, nothing bad has happened in spite of being on medications and taking the supplement. Personally, I wasn’t expecting the rapid cycle on day five, but I was expecting nothing much to happen, so I was right and I was wrong, I guess. I’ll keep you updated as I move forward.

      Hi Will,

You’re not in or not in any contact list. Your comments are coming through fine and I haven’t seen any messages from you through the contact form.

I shall keep my fingers crossed for you. The dire warnings from Truehope could have something to do with lithium orotate. If you are already on lithium, adding lithium orotate can cause toxicity.

    Hey Natash
Realized u made an excellent point.
Nothing can truly be effectively accessed during the holidays!

I also agree that, this stuff seems like hippy trippy stuff.
Though what’s good for someone is another’s poison…
I don’t know, call me a slight fatalist I just am not into this stuff.
It’s like yeah,we will sure take your money ASAP..

Wouldn’t the best Christmas have been a CURE for this debilitating monster of a disease?
I’d put the the biggest star on top of the tree for that ONE!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I just keep thinking how many people it helps. Open conversation about medication is so vital. I hope when you get back to your routine, it helps! Thank you again !

Some may benefit from a placebo/ psychosomatic effect but I don’t think you will because you know it’s a load of poloni in the first place.
You give so much to a whole host of readers of your posts. That karma will come back to you. Have faith. Take care.

    Hey Natasha,

Hang on in there. I don’t think this will be the answer. True hope sounds like true con for all the reasons you’ve identified yourself.

“On day five I experienced an official rapid cycle from hypomania one day to serious debilitating depression the next day.”

Rapid? Surely that was Ultra Ultra Rapid, Ultradian! :¬)

I do hope that will be the last of *them* that you experience with this regime – I know how debilitating, how devastating such cycles are when the poles are far apart. They are the direct opposite of “awesome”!
