I’m extremely pleased and excited to announce that Lost Marbles: Insights into My Life with Depression & Bipolar will be available in paperback via Amazon starting next week. The print layout work is almost done and I can’t wait to see it, physically, in my (and your) hands.

There are a few things you should know about the release:

1. Get on the Mailing List — I Hear There Are Discounts to Come

Yes, it’s true, there may be discounts on both the eBook and paperback coming next week, but you’ll only know if you join the mailing list. They will only be for a limited time so I suggest you jump onto that list now. (See the bottom of this post.)

"Lost Marbles" will be out in paperback next week! This new book on depression and bipolar by Natasha Tracy will be available on Amazon soon!2. Get It on Amazon

Right now, you’ll only be able to get the book via Amazon. I’ll be working on other distribution channels but, no matter what, it’s unlikely to show up in your local bookstore. That said, your local bookstore should be able to order it for you through their system, but there will be a delay, I believe, before it will be available to them.

3. Want It Autographed?

Some people have been requesting copies that are autographed and have a personal message. I’m happy to do this. The easiest way to get this done is for you to get the book through me individually. However, there is a cost for this. The cost will be $20 + the cost of the book + the cost of shipping.

If you would like an autographed copy for you or your loved one, please email me here and I’ll let you know how to make that happen.

4. Reviews, Reviews, Reviews

If you haven’t had a chance to check them out, there are some amazing five-star reviews on Amazon for the book and, of course, you can peek inside the book to get a sample of what it’s like (including a very detailed table of contents). Other reviews from fabulous people like Julie A. Fast can be found here.

What If Your Emotional Pain Is Trying to Protect You?

I’m never going to call bipolar pain a “gift.” Most days, I just want it to stop. But emotional and even physical pain aren’t always random torture—they’re often trying to tell us something. This piece digs into what your pain might be saying, how to listen, and how that can make living with it just a little easier.
