I'm so pleased to announce that this Thursday, I'm launching Snap Out of It! The Mental Illness in the Workplace Podcast with Natasha Tracy. (You can always find it via "Podcast" on the top menu.) This podcast is unique because, as the name suggests, we are focusing on mental illness in the workplace and not the overly-general mental health in the workplace. Don't get me wrong, there is a place for discussing mental health in the workplace too, but that's not the focus of this podcast. Just like on this blog, I'm focusing on mental illness.

A Little More About 'Snap Out of It! The Mental Illness in the Workplace Podcast with Natasha Tracy'

This podcast will go live on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You can catch it on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The best part about our being live is that we'll be answering your questions on-air. I can't wait to read your comments during the interviews.

But don't worry if you miss it. It'll be available across the podcast universe a few days after the air date. (To be listed in podcast directories as soon as the first episode is available.)

I really hope you'll support this new endeavor. I think it's going to be amazing and a shift in the conversation.
